About me
Andrea Lovisatti is a licensed Dottore Commercialista and former Equity Partner at Ernst & Young, with over 30 years of international experience at the intersection of M&A, corporate restructuring, and Italian regulatory complexity.
His career spans leadership roles at Andersen Legal, KPMG, and Ernst & Young — where he served as Equity Partner and Head of the Italian Desk in New York, advising Fortune 500 clients including Jacuzzi, Electrolux, Porsche AG, Terex, Schneider Electrics, United Technologies, Adidas, and Columbia Sportswear on acquisitions, restructurings, and liquidations and advising on several IPOs on the Italian Stock Exchange.
Today, Andrea operates as an international tax advisor and an independent Interim CRO and M&A Transaction Lead, providing foreign multinationals and Private Equity firms with non-conflicted, on-the-ground leadership for Italian exits, divestitures, and controlled wind-downs. His mandate model integrates legal, tax, labor, and operational disciplines under a single point of accountability — replacing fragmented advisory with direct execution responsibility.
Selected mandates include the Schumacher Corporation production transfer to Belgium, the Tessilbrenta divestiture to SIOEN Industries (Belgium), the Bravo Sport multi-jurisdictional wind-down involving Italy and Thailand, and the ALLOS Srl capital sale to EOH Ltd (South Africa).
Andrea holds a degree in Economics from Ca' Foscari University Venice (Magna cum Laude) and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Italian and English.
