Andrea’s career includes international-tax roles at Andersen, KPMG and EY, where he became Equity Partner and led the Italian Desk in New York. He advised listed Italian companies and Fortune 500 groups on acquisitions, restructurings, liquidations and cross-border tax matters.
Today he operates independently as an international tax adviser and accepts selected mandates as Interim CRO, liquidator or M&A transaction lead. He works with the client’s preferred professionals or coordinates qualified tax, legal, labour, environmental and technical specialists as the matter requires.
